Ensuring Secure Hotel Guest Experience with TaaS and Managed Services

Challenge: A global hotel brand, an existing managed service customer with TaaS service, acquired 71 new hotel properties. It needed to quickly integrate them into its corporate network while establishing managed services for proactive monitoring and 24x7 help desk support. The primary goal was to ensure each property had a secure, reliable network to provide the best possible guest experience. The timeline was tight, with the entire project needing to be completed within five weeks. Given our established relationship, it was crucial to maintain their trust by delivering the same dependable service they expect from us.

The first-visit success rate was an impressive 100%, with all installations completed on the first attempt. Additionally, every property was fully integrated into our Managed Services platform, allowing for continuous network monitoring and round-the-clock help desk support.
