Challenge: A nationwide Fitness Center needed a robust video camera solution across its facilities. Each club presented unique challenges – multiple floors, gymnasiums, pools, and elevators meant that every site required customized solutions. With hundreds of locations nationwide, they needed a partner that could deploy at scale to provide enhanced security and safety to its members and employees.
The Fitness Center initially purchased a set number of cameras per club and hired an integrator to manage the installation. Unfortunately, the integrator failed to deliver – installations were late, over budget, and plagued by poor communication. This left the Fitness Center looking for a new partner with the expertise necessary to complete a large-scale national rollout.
Solution: Connext was introduced through our partnership with a digital transformation company, which knew us from our work with physical security. Seeing an opportunity to demonstrate our expertise in large-scale deployments, we took a comprehensive, phased approach, handling everything from site surveys and installation scheduling to the physical installation of the cameras.
We worked collaboratively across all parties, engaging in frequent meetings to build strong relationships and ensure alignment. Our playbook-driven methodology is critical in keeping projects on track and building trust with Fitness Center leadership and our digital transformation partner.
